Refund policy

If your PocketVac isn't right for you, you can request a return within 30 days of delivery.

Return eligibility

To qualify for a change-of-mind return, your item must be unused, in the same condition you received it, and in its original packaging with all attachments and accessories included. Please provide your order number or proof of purchase.

We do not accept change-of-mind return requests or issue change-of-mind refunds after 30 days from delivery.

How to request a return

Use our Contact us form with your order number and the reason for your return. If your return is accepted, we will provide instructions and the return destination privately. Please do not send items back before receiving approval and instructions.

Damaged, faulty or incorrect items

Please inspect your order when it arrives. If an item is damaged, faulty or incorrect, contact us through our Contact us form as soon as possible, with your order number and a description of the issue. We will assess the issue and arrange an appropriate remedy in accordance with applicable consumer law.

Return shipping

You are responsible for return shipping costs for change-of-mind returns. If your item arrived damaged, faulty or incorrect, we will cover approved return shipping costs. Contact us before arranging shipping so we can provide instructions.

Refunds

Once we receive and inspect your return, we will notify you whether your refund has been approved. Approved refunds are issued to your original payment method. Processing times vary depending on your bank or payment provider.

Exchanges

If you would prefer a different kit, contact us to arrange an eligible return. You can then place a separate order for the kit you want.

Your consumer rights

The 30-day limit applies to change-of-mind returns. Nothing in this policy limits any rights or remedies you have under applicable consumer protection laws, including rights relating to faulty or misdescribed goods.
