Tracking your order

When tracking information is available, you can follow your delivery using the tracking details provided with your order or through our Track Order page. If you need help locating tracking information, please use our Contact us form.

Delivery details and address changes

Please check your shipping details carefully before submitting your order. If you notice an error, contact us as soon as possible through our contact form. We will check whether your delivery details can still be changed; changes may not be possible once an order has been dispatched.

International orders

International deliveries may be subject to customs checks, duties or import taxes. Please review any charges shown at checkout and the import requirements for your destination. Customs processing may affect delivery times.

Delayed, missing or damaged deliveries

If your delivery is delayed, appears lost, or arrives damaged, contact us through our Contact us form with your order number and details of the issue. We will investigate and help arrange an appropriate resolution. If tracking shows delivery but you cannot locate the parcel, please also check with other members of your household and any safe delivery locations.
