We aim to provide accurate product descriptions, prices and images. Screen settings can affect how colours appear. Please review the selected kit and its included accessories before ordering. Use products only as directed in the supplied instructions.

Orders and payment

Please provide accurate billing, shipping and contact information. Prices, applicable charges and available payment methods are displayed at checkout. Payment must be authorised before an order can be fulfilled.

If an order cannot be fulfilled because of stock availability, a material listing error, suspected fraud or another legitimate reason, we will notify you and refund any payment taken for the unfulfilled items. We will not charge you a revised price without your agreement.

Changes and cancellations

If you need to change or cancel an order, contact us as soon as possible through our Contact us form. We will check whether the change is still possible. Orders that have already been dispatched may need to be handled under our refund policy. This does not affect any cancellation rights provided by law.

Shipping

Delivery options and charges are shown at checkout. Delivery times vary and any estimates are not guaranteed arrival dates. Please see our Shipping policy for tracking and help with delivery issues.

Returns and refunds

Our change-of-mind return window is 30 days from delivery, subject to the conditions in our Refund policy. The 30-day limit does not restrict your statutory rights regarding faulty or misdescribed goods.
